Here is a basic list of my most frequently asked questions. If you have a question I don't answer below please feel free to email me any questions you might have.
QUESTION:
How will you ship my
order? ANSWER:
I will ship your order
either United States Postal Service or United Parcel Service. I use
tracking numbers and delivery confirmation.
QUESTION:
What if I need my gift
in a few days, is Rush Service available? ANSWER:
Some of our items are
available for Rush Service. We work with other companies and stay at home
moms for products. Please contact us if you are interested in getting an
item in a rush, we might be able to get the item or we might offer another
product for substitution. We'd love to help you find the right product and
get it to you in time.
QUESTION:
How long does the
personalization of my item take? ANSWER:
As mentioned we produce
some of our items as we work with other companies and stay at home moms. Some
products we have in stock and personalize as soon as the item is ordered.
Other items we order from our vendors, wait for arrival and then personalize
your items. Other products take a few days because they are created at the
time they are ordered. Typically our items deliver between 7 - 14 days.
A few products take additional time, which is noted on the order page.
QUESTION:
What if my
personalization is wrong? ANSWER:
We personalize your item
exactly as it is entered into the order form. If the mistake is on the
order form, then a new product with the corrected information will have to be
purchased. Occasionally I make a mistake. When I do; I will replace
the product at my expense as quickly as possible. I want to make you as
happy as possible with your purchase, so please just contact me and we will work
it out.
